摘    要:针对四川某微细粒嵌布、低氧化率混合铜矿铜回收率低的问题,进行了浮选试验研究。采用一粗一精三扫闭路浮选流程,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占70%、2#油用量100 g/t、Na2S用量100 g/t、丁基黄药和丁铵黑药(1∶3)组合捕收剂用量250 g/t和浮选时间4 min条件下,获得了铜精矿产率3.34%、铜品位21.61%、回收率85.93%的选矿指标。研究结果能为该矿的生产实践提供理论和技术支持,同时为国内外同类矿山的开发利用提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract:Flotation tests were conducted to improve the copper recovery of a mixed copper ore from Sichuan Province, which is fine-disseminated with low oxidation rate. A closed-circuit flotation flowsheet with one roughing, one cleaning and three scavenging was adopted. With the grinding fineness at -0.074 mm 70%, with reagent dosage for frother 2# oil, activator Na2S and combined collector (with ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate/butyl xanthate ratio as 3) as 100 g/t, 100 g/t, and 250 g/t, respectively, the flotation for 4 min resulted in 85.93% Cu recovery to a concentrate grading 21.61% Cu, with a yield of 3.34%. This study can not only provide theoretical and technical support for the production practice of this mine, but also be of reference for the operation of similar mines.
