摘    要:针对某磁铁矿、赤铁矿混合矿(TFe品位33.26%,其中磁铁矿占64%,赤铁矿占20%)开展了分磨分选、焙烧磁选工艺研究。采用一段弱磁、强磁选别,获得强磁性矿物和弱磁性矿物;强磁性矿物再磨后采用单一磁选法处理,获得了TFe品位65.66%、回收率59.87%的磁选精矿;弱磁性矿物再磨后采用焙烧-磁选法处理,获得了TFe品位65.44%、回收率26.11%的焙烧磁选精矿。该工艺取消了浮选作业,简化了流程结构,降低了选矿成本。

Abstract:An experimental study was conducted with a novel technique of separate grinding-separate concentration and roasting-magnetic separation for a mixed iron ore of magnetite and hematite with TFe grade of 33.26%, magnetite and hematite accounting for 64% and 20%,respectively. By using a flowsheet consisting of one stage of low intensity magnetic separation and one stage of high intensity magnetic separation, strongly magnetic minerals and weakly magnetic minerals were obtained. Then, the strongly magnetic minerals were re-ground and processed further with a single magnetic separation, resulting in the concentrate grading 65.66% TFe at 59.87% recovery. And the weakly magnetic minerals were re-ground and treated following a roasting-magnetic separation flowsheet, resulting in the concentrate grading 65.44% TFe at 26.11% recovery. This processing technique, due to eliminating flotation operation, has not only simplified the flow structure, but also reduced processing cost.
