金川矿山早强充填胶凝材料配比试验与优化

摘    要:针对水泥作为胶凝材料充填成本较高的问题,以及为了提高固体废弃物的综合利用率,以酒钢矿渣和脱硫石膏等废弃物为主要原料开发了早强充填胶凝材料。结果表明,当脱硫石膏掺量5%、熟料掺量20%、芒硝掺量1%、渣粉用量74%时,胶凝材料3 d、7 d、28 d抗压强度分别为2.78 MPa、3.45 MPa和7.14 MPa,是矿山设计要求强度的1.85倍、1.38倍和1.43倍。在保证早期强度要求的前提下,为了进一步降低成本,进行了少熟料胶凝材料配比优化试验,得到早强充填胶凝材料的最优配比为:脱硫石膏5%、熟料3%、芒硝1.5%、渣粉90.5%,其3 d、7 d、28 d充填体抗压强度分别为1.89 MPa、3.36 MPa和7.96 MPa,能够满足金川矿山要求,成本仅为以水泥作为胶凝材料充填的65%左右。

Proportioning and Optimization Test for Backfill Cementing Material with Faster Strengthening Property in Jinchuan Mine

Abstract:Due to high cost for cement as cementing material for backfill, a kind of backfill cementing material with faster strengthening property was developed with wastes including slags and de-sulfurized gypsum from Jiugang Mine, so as to improve comprehensive utilization of solid wastes in the mine. It is found that with the addition of desulfurized gypsum, clinker, glauber's salt and slag powder at an amount of 5%, 20%, 1% and 74%, respectively, the compressive strength of the cementing material after 3 d, 7 d and 28 d of curing reached 2.78 MPa, 3.45 MPa and 7.14 MPa, respectively, being 1.85 times, 1.38 times and 1.43 times of designed strength. Then, an optimization test was performed for proportioning of cementing material with less clinker on the basis of ensuring its strength on the earlier stage, for decreasing further cost. As a result, the optimal proportioning of such backfill cementing material with faster strengthening requirement was obtained as follows: adding desulfurized gypsum, clinker, glauber's salt and slag powder at an amount of 5%, 3%, 1.5% and 90.5%, respectively. It is shown that the compressive strength of backfill cementing material after 3 d, 7 d, 28 d of curing reached 1.89 MPa, 3.36 MPa and 7.96 MPa, respectively, which can satisfy the mine's requirement. And the cost is reduced to around 65% of that with cement as backfill material.
