摘    要:利用纳秒级激光光解动态吸收光谱装置研究了多聚核苷酸及DNA水溶液中光敏化结果:首次观察到丙酮激发三重态分别与多聚鸟苷酸(PolyG])、多聚腺-鸟苷酸(PolyA,G])及单链DNA(ssDNA)反应生成鸟嘌呤抽氢自由基的瞬态吸收光谱,从而为丙酮三重态对DNA的定位损伤提供了直接证据。

Abstract:The interaction of triplet acetone with polyguanylic acid(PolyG]).polyadenylic-guanylic acid(PolyA,G])and single-stranded(ssDNA) were investigated in neutral aqueous solution using KrF (248 nm) laser flash photolysis. The characterized absorption spectra of transient species were observed for the first time. On the basis of a comparison of the transient absorption spectra of the dehydrogenated radical of dGMP and those of PolyG], PolyA,G] or ssDNA, we suggest that the photosensitized transient species are guanyl radicals. Therefore, siteselective photosensitized damage of DNA at the guanine moiety was characterized.
