| 摘 要： | 介绍在一段转化炉偏烧、原料气压缩机打气量不足等问题影响生产负荷时,通过在原料气压缩机入口加氮气的方法,在不停工的情况下解决提升生产负荷的问题。分析加氮气后相关工艺参数的变化和对工况的影响,介绍投运后的实际效果。

| Abstract: | Gas shortage in air compressor may impact on the production load. We solvecl tins proolem by adding nitrogen gas at the inlet of feed gas air compressor to increase the production load while not shut ting down the machine. We analyzed the changes of process parameters after adding nitrogen gas, and its im pact on different scenarios through calculation, and presented the practical results after putting into operation. |
