超声强化在催化剂制备及催化反应中的应用

摘    要:超声空化作用产生的极端微环境可以强化界面间的化学反应过程和传质及传热过程,使声化学反应表现出极大的优越性。在催化剂制备过程中,超声空化现象及附加效应可以改善催化剂的表面形态和表面组成,提高活性组分在载体上的分散性,从而明显改善催化剂的催化性能等。综述了近年来超声强化在催化化学领域应用研究的新进展,包括超声技术在催化剂制备及催化反应中的应用,并探讨了超声强化应用中存在的问题及发展趋势。

Abstract:Acoustic cavitation producing extreme micro-environment could strengthen the interfacial chemical reaction process and the mass transfer and heat transfer process,make sonochemistry showed great superiority.In catalyst preparation process,acoustic cavitation phenomenon and additional effect could improve the catalyst surface morphology and surface composition,improve the active component dispersion in the carrier,thus significantly improve catalyst performance,etc.Latest advances in application of ultrasonic technologies in catalytic chemistry were reviewed,included its application of catalyst preparation and catalytic reactions.And its existing problems and development trend was also discussed.
