摘    要:基于"荷叶效应",研究了在低表面能的疏水材料表面上构建微米-纳米双重粗糙结构以实现超疏水性的技术路线,开发出一种制备绝缘子超疏水涂层的工艺,用此种工艺制备的超疏水涂层表面呈现出"荷叶效应",扫描电镜发现,这种涂层表面有了荷叶的微纳米二元复合粗糙结构,其水滴静态接触角可以达到(160±0.5)°。通过覆冰试验中与涂覆RTV涂层以及没有涂层的绝缘子覆冰结果的对比可以发现,此种绝缘子超疏水涂层在覆冰初期能明显延缓绝缘子表面的覆冰进程,不易形成连续的冰膜。

The Preparation and Study of a Superhydrophobic Icing Preventing Coating

Abstract:Based on lotus effect,making micro-nano double roughness structure on hydrophobic material with low surface energy is studied in order to realize the the technical route of superhydrophobic and a method of making superhydrophobic coating for insulators is developped.The lotus effect is present on the superhydrophobic coating surface which made by this process.It is found by SEM that there is lotus micro-nano roughness structure on the coating surface,which can make the static state contact angle of water droplet(160±0.5)°.It is found via icing test that in compared with the icing results of the insulators with RTV coating and without coating,the superdydrophobic coating made via this method can obviously delay the icing process during the early period of icing,which can make it diffuclt for the continuous icing coating to be formed.
