聚酰亚胺纤维的耐化学腐蚀性研究

摘    要:根据高温烟气过滤中易出现的烟气低温结露形成酸碱性液体腐蚀滤料的情况,采用硫酸、盐酸、硝酸、氢氧化钠等化学试剂,分别对聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维进行酸碱腐蚀性试验,并对其进行性能表征。试验结果表明:PI纤维耐硫酸性能较好,耐硝酸次之,耐盐酸最差;PI纤维耐碱性能差;随着处理时间延长、溶液质量分数增加、温度升高,PI纤维的力学性能变差,纤维表面变粗糙。

Abstract:When the environmental temperature is low,the exhaust gas,with high temperature,tends to condense to form the liquid with acidity or basicity which can corrode the filtration media.Based on this fact,in this paper,chemical-resistance properties of polyimide(PI) fiber were studied by analyzing and characterizing the mechanical properties and the morphology of PI fiber,treated by sodium hydroxide and three kinds of acids such as sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid,and nitric acid.The results showed that the order of resistance to acid of PI fiber was sulfuric acid>nitric acid>hydrochloric acid,and PI fibers owned poor resistance to sodium hydroxide.In addition,with the prolongation of treatment time,the increase of temperature,or the increase of concentration of acid or base,the mechanical properties of PI fiber decreased gradually and the surface became rougher.
