摘    要:为解决矢量控制凸极永磁同步电机系统低速和轻载时,电压源逆变器死区效应导致相电压和相电流低频谐波,零电流钳位效应以及转矩脉动等问题,在详细分析了死区效应的基础上,提出了基于双扰动观测器的在线死区补偿方法。该方法是在转子旋转坐标系下用双扰动观测器观测出扰动电压,将其前馈给指令电压进行补偿,且无需知道死区时间、功率器件开关延迟时间及导通管压降等。实验结果表明该方法能明显抑制电流低频谐波,削弱死区效应,提高系统低速轻载运行性能。

Abstract:The dead-time effects of IPMSM drive system fed by voltage source inverter(VSI) in low-frequency and light-load conditions cause voltage and current distortion,zero-current clamping effects and torque ripples,etc.The dead-time effects were analyzed,and then a new on-line dead-time compensation algorithm using double disturbance observers was proposed.The disturbance voltages are estimated by double disturbance observers and fed forward to the voltage references in the rotating reference frame.The undesirable characteristics of VSI is ignored,such as dead-time,turn on/off time of switching devices,on-voltages of switching devices and diodes,etc.Experiment results verify that the strategy remarkably suppresses low-frequency harmonic current,effectively restrains dead-time effects,and improves operation performance at low-speed and light-load conditions.
