南瓜花黄色素的初步研究
摘    要:从食用植物南瓜中提取黄色素,并对其理化性质进行了初步研究.研究表明:南瓜花黄色素在可见光区最大吸收峰波长为425~445um;该色素在不同pH值下均为稳定的黄色;具有优良的耐热性,耐氧化性和耐还原性.

Abstract:The author abstracts the yellow pigment from eating plant-cucurbita moschata duch-blossom, and studies its physical and chemical properties. The results is following: the most absorbing wavelength of this yellow pigment is 425-445 urn in visible-light range, this pigment has stable yellow clour under the different PH and has fine property of heat-resisting, oxidation-resisting and reduction resisting.
