PID-MISO模糊控制器在微生物扩培中的应用

摘    要:微生物扩培过程为复杂的生化反应过程,传统的PID方法或单纯的Fuzzy方法都不能很好地满足扩培过程温度的控制要求。因此,设计了可以根据温度的偏差,自动调整温度控制方法的PID-MISO模糊控制器,使菌种扩培过程中温度控制达到了工艺要求,解决了啤酒生产企业酵母扩培过程中菌种繁殖的稳定性和成活率问题。采用此方法设计的温度控制器在实际工程应用中取得了较满意的控制效果。

Abstract:The microbial cultivation is the complex biochemistry process,which requirement of temperature control can not be met by the methods, such as conventional PID or pure Fuzzy . A PID-MISO Fuzzy controllor was designed in this paper,which can change the way of con- trol according to the change-in-error of temperature. the temperature of beer yeast spread cultivation process can meet the technologial re- quirement by using this controllor,.This controllor resolves the problem of stability and percentage of living yeast in the beer yeast spread cul- tivation process. The results of practical engineering applications have shown that the control performance was satisfactory.
