摘    要:储能设备及其控制策略对于保证微网电压稳定具有重要意义。针对提高光伏电源并网状态下的微网电压稳定水平与抗扰动能力,对光伏电源并网储能装置的功率协调控制策略进行研究。首先以蓄电池作为主要储能单元,通过检测光伏电池与负荷功率差确定充放电控制器Buck-Boost工作模式,使储能装置能够同时平抑光照强度与负荷变化造成的功率波动,稳定DC母线电压水平。其次,对系统能量进行协调控制管理,使光伏电池和储能装置协同工作,蓄电池与超级电容器协调出力,进一步快速维持直流母线电压稳定。通过LZ电压稳定检测指标及PSCAD平台仿真,计算储能装置停运与投运状态下的电压稳定水平,验证储能系统在双向变换器协调控制下能够有效维持交流端母线电压稳定性,达到设计目的。

Abstract:Energy storage device and its control strategies are great significance for ensuring the micro-grid voltage stability. In this pa?per, micro-grid voltage stabilization levels and increasing of the photovoltaic power grid anti-state disturbance capability is studied, coordinated control strategy of photovoltaic power grid storage device is deeply researched. Design target is achieved through LZ voltage stability detect index and PSCAD simulation platform by computing voltage stabilization level of outage and put into operation an energy storage device and verify that the storage system can effectively maintain stability of AC bus voltage by bidirectional coordinated con?trolled converter.
