废混凝土粉对水泥胶砂相关性能影响实验研究

摘    要:对废弃混凝土(C30)进行破碎,用筛分仪筛分成细集料,按照不同比列代替部分水泥制备砂浆,并对掺有混凝土粉的水泥砂浆进行抗压、抗折、流动度与收缩性测试,研究废弃混凝土的回收利用。试验结果表明,若侧重于降低水泥收宿,同时为保证高强度要求,可选20%~30%混凝土粉掺量作为参考值。

Abstract:Crush the waste concrete(C30) and screening into fine aggregate with fractionating laboratory screen, and substitute for part of cement according to different proportion to prepare cement mortar. To study the utilization of waste concrete, tested the compressive strength, bending strength, fluidity and contraction performance of mortar with waste concrete powder. The test results show that if the focus is on reducing cement receiving places, at the same time to ensure high strength requirements, optional 20%~30% concrete powder admixture as a reference value.
