摘    要:以葡甘聚糖和壳聚糖为主要原料,采用36%的乙酸溶解壳聚糖,通过共混的方法制备壳聚糖与葡甘聚糖共混膜液,经静置减压脱泡、倒膜、干燥制膜,并用与乙酸等物质量的氢氧化钠对膜进行处理。通过IR、XRD和生物学显微镜对共混膜进行性能表征,同时测定了共混膜的透光率、力学性能、吸水率及水蒸气透过系数。结果表明:共混膜的力学性能和水蒸气透过系数得到改善,葡甘聚糖和壳聚糖之间有强烈的相互作用和良好的相容性,作为一种潜在的皮肤组织工程支架将具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Konjac glucomannan and chitosan blend films were prepared by solvent - casting method. Chitosan was dissolved with 36% acetic acid. The liquids were blended to form a sol. The sol were poured into the disks. The disks were put into the deeompresssion condition to dry into films. The acetic aeidin the films were neutralization via sodium hydroxide solution. The optical transmittance, mechanical properties, water absorptivity, water vapor permeability coefficient were investigated. The film was characterized via FT-IR and XRD. The results showed that the mechanical property and water vapor permeability coefficient of the blend film were improved ; There are strong interactions and good compatibility between chitosan and konjac glucomannan. It reveals that the blend film has a good prospect as potential skin scaffolds in tissue engineering.
