大客车车身结构多工况综合优化分析

摘    要:建立了某半承载式大客车车身骨架结构的有限元模型,基于NASTRAN软件平台进行3种工况下的截面尺寸综合优化,确定了最优的综合优化方案. 通过分析校核可知,采用结构综合优化方法,可以在确保大客车车身刚度、强度和模态等性能指标的前提下,实现结构多工况优化分析和车身结构的轻量化.

Abstract: A finite element model of the bus body frame was built and vibration modal analysis and static analysis were performed on the body frame structure. Then, the section sizes optimization was analyzed under three different load cases and the best bus body structure was obtained. The results confirmed that the synthetic optimization design method could carry out the optimization analysis in multi-load cases for bus body structure and lighten the weight of bus framework, and the bus body performance indexes such as strength, stiffness and mode.
