摘    要:利用两路不同频率的高频正弦载波,分别对微陀螺驱动轴向和检测轴向的振动信号进行调制,从频谱上将它们与正弦驱动电压信号分离开来,减小测控电路的耦合噪声。采用相位控制技术和直流自动增益控制技术使微陀螺在驱动模态产生谐振,采用同步解调技术检测微陀螺驱动轴向和检测轴向的振动信号,然后通过二次解调得到输入角速度。对某配有此测控电路的微陀螺进行测试,得到其刻度因子为38 mV/(°).S-l,线性度为0。8%.

Abstract:The vibration signals of the microgyroscope's mass on the driving axis as well as the detecting axis were modulated by two sine carrier waves with different high frequencies,so they were distinguished with the sine driving wave on the frequency spectrum,and finally the coupling noise could be reduced.That mass was exciting to oscillate with fixed amplitude on the driving mode by phase control and DC auto gain control.The oscillations on the driving and detecting axis were picked up by synchronous demodulato...
