金刚石表面化学镀预处理研究

摘    要:针对金刚石表面镀预处理过程中的粗化,亲水处理以及敏化,活化等进行了深入研究。研制了一种强酸性和强氧化性溶胶,对金刚石表面具有极好的亲水和粗化功效。提出了一种盐基性胶体钯配方,对金刚石表面具有良好的敏化活化效果。采用该预处理工艺,能较好地解决金刚石表面化学镀存在的漏镀问题。

Abstract:Key links such as roughness and hydrophilicity as well as sensitizationactivation in electroless plating on diamond surface were investigated. Solution with strong acidity and oxidization was prepared for cleaning, roughing and hydrophiliciting on diamond surface. Saltbased colloid Pd solution with excellent performance was prepared for sensitizationactivation. Flaws of coatings on diamond surface in process of electroless plating can be avoided using this pretreatment techology proposed.
