摘    要:以固体废弃物电石渣为钙基固硫剂,工业废弃物盐泥为添加剂进行脱硫实验。实验结果表明,盐泥添加剂能够提高钙基固硫剂的固硫率,其合理配比为电石渣与盐泥的质量比为8:1,固硫率由27.55%提高到45.73%。通过SEM分析发现,盐泥使固硫剂颗粒的表面微观形貌发生改变。同时研究也发现,盐泥中的主要成分不仅可以改变钙基固硫剂的微观结构,同时也有固硫及提高固硫产物高温稳定性的作用。

Abstract:The desulfurization experiment was carried out by using the solid waste(calcium carbide residues) as the calcium based desulfurization agent and the industrial waste salt slurry as the additive.The test results showed that the salt slurry additives could improve the desulphurization ratio of the calcium-based desulfurization agent,the preferred mass ratio of calcium carbide residues and salt slurry being 8:1.The desulphurization ratio improved from 27.55%to 45.73%.The analysis by SEM showed that the salt slurry changed the micro-appearance of the desulphurization agent particles.The study also discovered that the major components in the salt slurry not only changed the microscopic structure, but also the function of desulphurization and the function of improving the stability of the sulfur product.
