日本铝合金车体熔化极氩弧焊设备及工艺

摘    要:着重介绍日本铝合金车辆MIG焊接工艺及设备。晶体管控制MIG焊电源输出波形为方波脉冲,可实现与脉冲电流同步1滴/1脉冲熔滴过渡。即使焊接电流发生变化,在1次脉冲里过渡的熔滴大小仍基本相同。目前晶体管逆变控制式脉冲MIG焊机日益广泛。 傅有晶体管为主,今后使用IGBT会逐渐多。为适应高性能化和减少部件数,趋向使用微处理机,模糊控制方式会日益得到应用。

Abstract:MIG welding machine and technical of aluminium alloy locomotive of Japan are introduce. The output wave of transistored MIG power source is square pelsed wave. It can get one drip/one pulse metal transter, If welding electric current have taken charge, the size of droplet of in one pulse is same. The apply of transistored MIG welding inverter will be more and more. Double pole transistor in power device is major and the apply of IGBT will be more and more. The micro eomputer will be use for adapt high performance and reduce number of part. The way of blur control will be applied.
