C60泵送混凝土的研制

摘    要:通过试验,采用粉煤灰、矿渣粉作为C60高性能泵送混凝土胶结材料组分,依靠水泥、高效减水剂、粉煤灰、矿渣粉各组分的流动特性和强度特性以及各组分之间的复合效应,较好地解决了低水灰比与大流动性之间的矛盾,经过试验、对比证实了采用"三掺"技术更能有效的发挥各组分的"超迭效应",配制出C60泵送混凝土.

Abstract:On the basis of study of high-performance pumping concrete C60 using fly-ash and slag as its component materials,a better solution with a low water-cement ratio and great liquid is put forward regarding the flow and strength characteristics of cement,super plasticizer,fly-ash and slag and the complex effects of components.After testing and contrasting,it is confirmed that three-doped mixing materials technology can effectively play thesuper strove effectsand high performance concrete C60 can be formulated.
