| Abstract: | This paper studies the problems of logistics and transportation in enterprises, analyzes the significance of logistics in enterprise management and the factors influencing transportation decision, and points out that the cost, speed and reliability of the transportation should be taken into consideration in transportation decision -making so as to lower the general logistics cost to reach the goal of logistics management. |
