浮头法兰的合理设计

摘    要:浮头式换热器的浮头法兰是一种特殊法兰 ,不能采取一般法兰的“分工况独立计算法兰厚度 ,尔后取其大值”的方法进行设计。同时 ,浮头法兰设计中涉及一重要参数Lr,能否适当地确定Lr,是浮头法兰设计成败的关键。文中介绍了该种法兰的合理设计原理及方法 ,并附以实例。实例表明 ,用这种方法设计的浮头法兰厚度仅约为用SW6 (经校正 ,使之全面满足强度要求 )软件计算厚度的 1 / 2 ,体现出合理设计的价值

Abstract:Floating head flange of floating head heat exchanger is a special flange.It can not adopt the common flange design method of "Calculate the flange thickness with the different working condition on its own,and then take the maximum valve".In floating flange design,an important parameter L r is involved.Make a suitable determination of L r is the key of floating head flange design.The design principle and method of that flange are recommended and actual example shows that:The thickness of floating head flange designed by this method is about thickness calculated by SW6 soft ware(after check,make it satisfy for all the strength requirement).The valve of reasonable design is realized.
