摘    要:分析合成气制甲醇、二甲醚、汽油技术和大型化面临的技术难题,介绍林达公司卧式水冷甲醇合成塔工程应用及新开发的低循环固定床合成技术在大型甲醇、一步法二甲醚、一步法合成气经甲醇制汽油和化工-IGCC联产技术中的应用。一系列工程项目的实施,使林达公司获得了丰富的实践经验,为今后大甲醇、二甲醚、合成油等新技术的工程化奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:An analysis is made of the technical difficulties facing the production of methanol, dimethyl ether and gasoline from syngas and their scale-up. A presentation is given of the industrial use of the Linda horizontal water-cooled methanol reactor and the use of the newly developed low-recycle fixed-bed synthesis technology in large-scale production of methanol, dimethyl ether in one step, gasoline from syngas via methanol in one step, and integrated production of chemicals-IGCC. The implementation of a series of engineering projects gives Linda rich practical experience, laying good foundations for the engineering design of large-scale methanol, dimethyl ether and synthetic oil units.
