电子技术课程教学中的情绪管理教育

摘    要:针对当前大学生日益突出的心理健康问题,本文提出在电子技术课程教学中融入情绪管理教育,以电子技术的典型功能特点和解决问题的技术思想作类比,分析其中蕴含的情绪管理思想,帮助学生培养情绪管理能力。电子技术教学中融入情绪管理教育为大学生心理健康教育探索了一种有效载体,对高校理工科专业学生心理健康教育形式的丰富和效果的提升具有现实指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the increasingly prominent mental health problems of college students, the infiltration of emotional management education into the teaching of electronic technology courses is proposed in this paper. By analogizing the typical functional characteristics of electronic technology and the technical ideas of solving problems, the emotional management ideas contained therein is analyzed, which helps students to develop their emotional management ability. Integrating emotional management education into electronic technology teaching explores an effective way for college students" mental health education, which has practical guiding significance for enriching the forms and improving the effects of mental health education for college students majoring in science and engineering.
