煤系高岭土的干法改性及其填充丁苯橡胶的性能

摘    要:采用高速剪切粉碎搅拌方法对煤系高岭土进行干法改性,对其改性条件和填充丁苯橡胶性能进行研究。结果表明:高岭土的最佳改性条件为改性剂(偶联剂KH-550)质量分数为0.04,改性时间为1 min;与未改性高岭土相比,改性高岭土与橡胶的相容性改善,与橡胶基体结合良好,改性高岭土胶料的物理性能包括耐磨性能明显提高。

Abstract:The coal-based kaolin was dry modified by high-speed shearing,grinding and mixing,and the modification condition of Kaolin and properties of styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)filled with Kaolin were studied.The results showed that the best modification condition of Kaolin was that the mass fraction of modifier(coupling agent KH-550)was 0.04 and the modification time was 1 min.Compared with unmodified Kaolin,the compatibility of modified Kaolin with rubber was improved,and the interfacial bonding with rubber matrix was good.The physical properties of the compound filled with modified Kaolin,including wear resistance,were significantly improved.
