摘    要:冬虫夏草是一种名贵的中国传统药用真菌,因其自身众多且独特的药用价值,已成为国内外学者研究的热点.由于野生虫草生长条件的局限性以及人类的过度采集,目前,野生自然资源已经面临枯竭.利用人工发酵冬虫夏草菌来获得与天然冬虫夏草化学组成成分以及药理作用基本相同的菌丝体,成为当下解决虫草资源短缺的一种最可行的方法.本文介绍了冬虫夏草菌株的分离、发酵条件的控制、发酵菌丝体与天然虫草中活性成分的比较以及发酵滤液的应用,为冬虫夏草的液态发酵培养提供参考.

Abstract:Cordyceps sinensis is a precious Chinese medicinal fungi. Due to its numerous and unique medicinal value, it has attracted great interest at home and abroad. As a result of the growth condition limits of wild Cordyceps and over-harvesting, the natural sources of C. sinensis is facing depletion. Submerged fermentation of C. sinensis fungi provided the mycelia which has similar active ingredients and pharmacological efficacy with that of natural C. sinensis, and became one of the most viable ways to solve the shortage of Cordyceps resources. This paper described isolation of Cordyceps fungi, control of submerged fermentation conditions, comparison of active ingredients between fermented mycelia and natural Cordyceps and the application of fermentation filtrate.
