摘    要:为解决线路故障杆塔定位问题,提出一种利用Google Earth的杆塔坐标校正方法.该方法从杆塔的测量坐标计算出的测量档距,根据测量档距与运行档距之间的偏差情况确定坐标需要校正的杆塔;再根据这些杆塔的运行档距和转角,利用Google Earth的测距功能和新增坐标功能对其坐标进行校正.对某110 kV线路的杆塔坐标进行校正的结果表明,校正杆塔坐标与复测坐标之间的距离很小,从而验证了所述方法的有效性和实用性.

Abstract:For the location of fault towers of transmission line, a tower coordinate correction method with Google Earth is proposed in this paper. Calculating the measured spans of towers from their measured coordinates, and choosing the towers that will be corrected according to the deviations of the calculated spans from the real spans in operation, the method makes a correction to these towers with the functions of distance measurement and adding new coordinate of Google Earth and their real spans and intersection angles. Taking the towers of an 110 kV line as an example, the correction results indicate that the difference between the corrected coordinates and the retest coordinates of these towers is small, and thus show that the proposed method is effective and feasible.
