中压配电电压等级优化的总体思路

摘    要:中压配电网的升压改造是一项适应我国社会经济发展需要的战略决策,由此能够提高中压配电网供电能力、有利于高渗透率分布式能源的接入、节省占地资源以及节能降损.基于国际通用的决策思路,即分析问题、设定目标和提出备选方案、评估和确定推荐方案,介绍了中压配电电压等级优化相应的研究思路和内容,希望为有志于从事配电网规划和改造的研究人员以及有关专业师生等提供一些创新性的思路.通过所述的步骤,研究确定了我国不同区域的电压等级序列的推荐方案:城市新建区为500 kV/220 kV/110 kV/20 kV/0.4 kV(架空线路、电缆),500 kV/220 kV/20 kV/0.4 kV(架空线路、电缆);城市混供区和平稳过渡区为500 kV/220 kV/110 kV/20 kV/0.4 kV(架空线路、电缆),500 kV/220 kV/20 kV/0.4 kV(电缆);农村地区为500 kV/220 kV/110 kV/20 kV/0.4 kV(架空线路、电缆).

Abstract:To make a boost transformation for the existing medium voltage (MV) distribution network is a strategic decision-making in order to adapt to the social and economic development of China as it could improve the power supply capacity, benifit the access of high penetration of distributed energy, save the land resources as well as reduce energy loss. Based on the international common decision-making ideas such as analyzing the problem, setting objectives and alternatives, evaluating alternatives and determine the recommendated options, this paper provides an overview of the optimization procedures for distribution-voltage-level optimization with some innovative ideas for the researchers and professional teachers who are interested in the planning and boosting of distribution network. With the proposed optimization procedures the paper gives the suggested designs for the sequence of voltage levels in China as follows:500 kV/220 kV/110 kV/20 kV/0.4 kV(overhead lines or cables)and 500 kV/220 kV/20 kV/0.4 kV (overhead lines or cables) for new city towns, 500 kV/220 kV/110 kV/20 kV/0.4 kV (overhead lines or cables) and 500 kV/220 kV /20 kV/0.4 kV (cables) for suburbs, 500 kV/220 kV/110 kV/20 kV/0.4 kV (overhead lines or cables) for rural areas.
