电动汽车充电行为对电网负荷曲线的影响

摘    要:为了探讨电动汽车大规模充电行为给电网负荷造成的影响及其对解决负荷的峰谷差可能带来的机遇,考虑了电动汽车的充电方式、电价政策、电网和非电网运营机构的充电模式等因素,将电动汽车的充电行为分为四种情景,利用蒙特卡洛方法来评估不同规模的电动汽车对广州市电网日负荷曲线产生的影响.结果表明,要减轻电动汽车大规模应用给电网带来的负担,电网公司必须出台相应的引导政策,例如峰谷电价和高峰电价政策;实施这些政策或者直接控制全网电动汽车的充电行为,才能使其充电负荷起到比较好的“填谷”效果.

Abstract:In order to investigate the impact of electric vehicles (EVs) charging behavior in large scale on the load of power grid and the possibility to solve the peak-valley problem of the grid, considering various factors such as EVs’ charging mode, price policy and charging modes of grid agents and non-grid agents, this paper divides the EVs charging behaviors into four scenarios, and evaluates the impact of different EVs scales on the daily load curve of Guangzhou power grid with Monte Carlo method. The results indicate that to overcome the impat, the grid company should take measures such as different price policies for the load peak and load valley. With this policies or direct control of the EVs’ charging behavior in the whole grid, the EVs’ charging load could produce good effect of filling the load valley.
