耐磨锰钢中共晶体的球化

摘    要:对Ca变质处理的奥氏体-贝氏体耐磨锰钢进行了热力学二维点阵错配度计算,采用TEM和SEM观察及电子探针分析,发现CaS可以作为共晶体(奥氏体-渗碳体)的异质核心而使共晶体球化.

Abstract:Thermodynamical study and two-dimensional lattice misfitting calculation have been carried out on the modiffication of Ca for the austenite-cemmentite eutectic reaction.EMPA,TEM and SEM observations show that the CaS may be as the heterogeneous nuclei of the nodular eutectic(austenite and cementite) in the austenite-bainite wear-resistant manganese steel.
