工程陶瓷零件的车削工艺探讨

摘    要:生产超细金属粉末的熔炼工艺设备上有一关键零件“出水嘴”,它采用的是氧化铝陶瓷材料,内孔有一定尺寸,精度要求,我们在普通车床上切削加工,在选择刀具材料及工艺参数方面进行了试验;实践证明,采用合适的硬质合金作为切削工具,能够对陶瓷零件进行加工,适合有关中、小企业小批量和单个零件加工需求。

Abstract:There is a critical component nozzle made of aluminum oxide material on the smelting equipment to produce super fine metal powder,whose internal hole has certain requirements for dimensions and accuracy.We did cutting with an ordinary lathe and conducted the experiments on selection of cutting tool materials and technological parameters.The results have shown that the adoption of suitable hard alloy as cutting tool can process ceramic components to meet requirements for machining of components on a small quantity or a single basis for related medium and sized enterprises.
