冰洲石切削加工表面的形成机理

摘    要:利用工业电视系统对冰洲石的切削过程进行观察和记录。分析指出冰洲石的切削过程为脆性破裂过程。工件已加工表面通过2种形式的破裂而形成;沿解理面光滑平整的大块破裂;晶粒断裂引起的层状小块破裂。

Abstract:An industrial television camera system is used to monitor and record the cutting process of iceland spar. It is pointed out that the cutting process of iceland spar is one in which the brittle fracture occurs continually. Machined surface of the workpiece is formed by cleaving along the cleavage planes of the crystal and intercrystalline fracture. Meanwhile characteristics of the damage zone under the machined surface are analyzed. It is further shown that the cutting direction has a remarkable effect on the machined surface quality.
