| Abstract: | In this paper, the key concepts and practical experience of workshop lean management are described. Its core is "One Center, Two Basic Points", that is, training is taken as the center with four supporting management items, namely P (productivity), Q (quality), C (cost-down) and S (safety & 5S), and management cycle, namely P (plan), D (do), C (check) and A (action). |
