摘    要:本文较为全面地介绍了洪家渡水电站泄洪洞弧形工作闸门安装工艺。并根据其洞室运输、吊装的现场条件,着重介绍了运输、吊装操作过程控制。根据本工程项目特点,该闸门安装采用非传统的工艺流程进行安装,一次性成功地进行了无水联动试验各项技术指标均达到设计与规范要求,经历了几次泄洪作业,一切运行正常。

Abstract:This article comprehensively introduces installation process of arch gate in tunnel-spillway, and pays attention to process control of transportation and hoisting according to transportation and hoisting conditions in site. In line with the features of the engineering, the gate was adopted non-conventional installation process. The gate has been operated several times during the periods of flood discharging, and every thing was normal.
