水泥回转窑优化控制系统的研究与开发

摘    要:本文通过对水泥生产线的运行数据进行采集、分析和筛选,进而建立神经网络模型和动态ARX模型,设计出水泥回转窑系统的滚动变增益的预测控制器,使用序列二次规划算法(SQP)对控制器的操作变量进行实时最优求解,再通过仿真实验对预测控制算法进行了验证。

Abstract:Through the collection,analysis and screening of the operationing data from cement production line,this article establishes the neural network model and dynamic ARX model,designs the cement rotary kiln system for rolling variable gain predictive controller.From using a sequence of two algorithm of quadratic programming(SQP),it optimizes the real-time solutions on the operation of the controller variables,and then it is verified through the simulation experiment that the predictive control algorithm is validated.
