某发电厂锅炉高温过热器爆管原因分析

摘    要:电厂锅炉高温过热器由于温度较高,导致爆管时有发生,对电厂的运行造成伤害,因此必须对爆管原因进行分析。某电厂锅炉系杭州锅炉厂设计制造,型号为NG-220/9.8-M9,蒸发量为220 t/h,1997年3月建成投入运行。2008年4月15日,其高温过热器乙侧第27排发生爆管,运行时间为51 378 h。高温过热器管规格为Φ42×5,材料为12 Cr1MoV。针对工程实例,对该事故发生原因进行了分析,得到了有意义的结论,为工程应用提供了参考。

Abstract:Due to higher temperature,the boiler high temperature superheater pipe explosion occurs.leading to the operation of the plant damaged.t is necessary to analyze the causes of tube explosion.A power plant boiler of Hangzhou boiler factory design and manufacture,model NG-220 / 9.8-M9,evaporation is 220 t/ h,1997 March completed and put into operation.In April 15,2008,the high temperature superheater B side twenty-seventh rows of burst pipe,the running time is 51378 hours. High temperature superheater tube specifications for a 42×5,the material was 12 Cr1MoV.According to the engineering example,the cause of the accident was analyzed which provides a reference for engineering applications.
