| 摘 要： | 超声波门板焊接机采用西门予公司的S7—300PLC，TP270触摸屏，FM354定位模块和V60伺服控制器及伺服电机。通过TP270实现人机交互，通过V60伺服控制器和FM354功能模块实现超声波焊头的定位控制；焊头定位控制精度达到0．001毫米。

| Abstract: | The electric control system of the ultrasonic welding machine involves Simatic S7-300 PLC,TP270 panel,positioning controller FM354 and V60 servo by Siemens.Through TP270 panel achieve HMI.Through V60 servo and positioning controller FM354 achieve positioning control of ultrasonic welding head.The positioning accuracy of welding head achieve 0.001 mm. |
