| 摘 要： | 以蒂巴因为起始原料,经氧化、高压氢化、乙酰化、氰化、脱3-位甲氧基的甲基、水解、缩合、还原、成盐,合成了盐酸纳布啡,总收率达18.7%.改进的合成工艺原料易得、操作简便、成本低、中间产物质量得到控制、目标化合物质量符合药用要求,适宜于工业化大生产.

| Abstract: | The synthesis of nalbuphine hydrochloride from thebaine as starting material was through following processes:oxidation,high-pressure hydrogenation,acetylation,removing methyl of 3-methoxy,hydrolysis,condensation,reduction and finial salification.The overall yield was 18.7%.This improved synthetic process had advantages of easy material,convenient operate and lower cost.Intermediate quality had been controlled effectively and target compound meeted medicinal quality standard.It was suitable for industrial production. |
