甲醇常压气相羰化合成醋酸的Ni/AC催化剂的制备及活化

摘    要:在常压气固床催化评价装置上 ,对Ni/AC催化剂制备中的浸渍、干燥、活化等步骤进行了详细考察 ,给出了较理想的制备条件 :热处理温度 (40 0℃ )和还原温度 (70 0℃ )。与已有的报道相比 ,这样制得的催化剂 ,用于常压气相甲醇羰化合成醋酸反应 ,甲醇转化率提高了 7 2 4 % ,醋酸收率提高了 4 6 7%。

Abstract:The effects of preparation conditions of Ni/AC catalysts on catalyst performances in vapor phase carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid were observed with an atmospheric gas solid bed reactor It was found that the optimum calcination and reduction temperature are 400℃ and 700℃, respectively With the catalyst prepared in optimum conditions, the conversation of methanol was 50 54% and the yield of acetic acid was up to 23 37%
