| 摘 要： | 对某地区的一个独立建筑群落住宅建筑的节能现状进行了分析,针对存在的问题进行了初步研究,提出了在外墙、外窗、屋面等部位进行节能改造的初步设想,为下一步节能改造的实施提供帮助。
