| 摘 要： | 探讨喷气织机松边问题的解决办法.分析了产生松边的原因,主要有:边纱穿综方法、废边纱的设置、剪切时间、边撑位置、喷气压力、绞边纱张力、开口时间、综框高度等.通过在以上各方面采取措施,解决了松边问题,降低了纬向停台,提高了织机效率和产品的入库一等品率.

| Abstract: | Resolving measures of loose selvage in air-jet loom were discussed, reasons of generating loose selvage were analyzed, they are drafting method of side end, configuration of waste selvage yarn, shear time, temple position, air-jet pressure, leno selvage yarn tension, opening time, heddle frame height and so on. Through these measures, loose selvage was resolved, weft stoppage is reduced, and loom efficiency and first grade percentage put in storage are enhanced. |
