| 摘 要： | 提出了一种具有中点电位平衡控制的三电平逆变器空间矢量脉宽调制方法.中点电位的平衡控制只需检测中点电流方向和电容电压,而通过调整冗余小矢量对的作用时间来实现.详细阐述了参考电压矢量位置的确定,电压矢量作用时间的计算,开关顺序的选择,电压空间矢量对三电平逆变器中点电位波动的影响和中点电位的控制规则.仿真结果证明了这种空间矢量脉宽调制方法的有效性.

| Abstract: | A space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) method for three-level inverter is introduced,with neutral-point potential balancing control.The neutral-point potential balancing control is realized by rearranging the time distribution of the redundant small voltage vectors,which requires measurements of only the direction of neutral-point current and capacitor voltages.Determination of the location of a given reference voltage,dwelling time calculation,switching sequence selection,the influence of space voltage vectors on the neutral-point potential fluctuation,and the neutral point potential control rules are described.Simulation results verify that the proposed SVPWM method is effective. |
