磨矿先进控制软件的应用与实践

摘    要:德兴铜矿大山选矿厂1999年DCS系统更新时,从芬兰奥托昆普公司引进了当今世界上最先进的磨矿控制软件之一—ACT,应用于该选矿厂一段磨矿中,实现了以粒度为控制目标的闭环控制,即在确保磨矿细度满足工艺要求的前提下,实现球磨机处理能力最大化。本文介绍了ACT功能、实现过程与原理,以及大山选矿厂ACT应用实践及效果。通过实验对比,ACT应用前后球磨机平均台效可以提高1%~2%,系统运行平稳。

Abstract:A control software for ball mills—ACT imported from Outokumpu,Finland,currently one of the most advanced in the world,was introduced into Dashan concentrator in 1999 during its renewal of its DCS system.It has been used in primary grinding to realize loop control by taking particle size as its target.Through using this control system maximum throughput of ball mills was reached with the particle size meeting the requirements of the process.The paper discussed the functions of ACT,the theory of control as well as the control result from the application and practice of ACT in Dashan.The conclusion could be reached by comparison tests that the average unit throughput of ball mills is increased by 1%~2% after using ACT.
