咪唑啉季铵盐水溶性缓蚀剂NH-1的合成及其性能研究

摘    要:以炼油厂副产品粗环烷酸为主要原料与有机胺进行缩合反应 ,合成了环烷基咪唑啉中间体。采用硫酸二甲酯把油溶性的中间体转化为水溶性的环烷基咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂 ,讨论了有机胺种类、胺 /酸摩尔比、溶剂用量等因素对合成产物缓蚀性能的影响 ,并用静态失重法和动电位扫描极化曲线法对其进行了缓蚀性能测试

Abstract:The refinery byproduct raw naphthenic acid was condenced with triethylenetetramine to produces an oilsoluble intermediate of cycloalkyl imidazoline, and then it was transformed into watersoluble corrosion inhibitor of cycloalkyl imidazolinequaternaryammoniumsalt by diemethyl sulfate. Some factors such as the type of amine, the mole ratio of amine to acid, and the quantity of solvent affecting the anticorrosive capacity of the inhibitor were discussed. Its anticorrosive performance was studied by the menthods of loss of weight and polarization curve.
