| 摘 要： | 以硅胶作吸水剂,对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,进行甲基丙烯酸/聚乙二醇缩合反应制备聚羧酸类高效减水剂的合成单体甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇单酯,考察了吸水剂用量、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇单酯制备反应的影响,确定了较理想的反应条件.

| Abstract: | Methacrylate polyglycol monoester for preparing the polycarboxylic water-reducing agent has been prepared by the esterification of methacrylic acid and polyglycol with silica gel as the water absorbent and toluene-p-sulfonic acid as the catalyst.The effects of the dosage of water absorbent and catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time on the esterification ratio of methacrylate polyglycol monoester have been investigated and the ideal reaction conditions determined. |
