| 摘 要： | BOT是发展中国家进行大型基础设施项目建设资金的新型融资方式。本文简要介绍了BOT方式的概念及特征，并对高校建设项目引进BOT融资方式的可行性及其利弊进行了分析，初步提出了高校建设项目BOT方式的具体应用。
