| Abstract: | The intermittent esterification ester replaced process was analysed in this paper.The production process of fatty acid methyl ester with high acid value acidulated oil and fatty acid replaced superior quality fat and oil by high temperature gas phase method and supplemental ester translation process was also introduced. |
