钢板桩防渗墙合拢技术

摘    要:钢板桩合拢是钢板桩防渗墙施工的关键。施打过程中采取的主要措施是要控制合拢口两侧钢板桩的倾斜度,使其保持在0.2%以内。合拢钢板桩加工宽度应严格控制。异形钢板桩在加工时为减少钢板变形并保证其翘曲度和弯曲度,可采用跳焊、定位和火焰矫正等方法。洪湖燕窝堤段和荆江观音寺提段在钢板柱合拢过程中采取上述措施,获得成功,保证了整个钢板桩防渗墙的施工质量。

Abstract:The closure of steel sheet piles is the key to the construction of steel sheet pile cut-off walls.The main measure in piling proce ss is to control the inclination of the steel sheet piles on both sides of the g ap not to exceed 0.2%.The width of the closing steel sheet pile shoud strictly b e controlled in manufacturing.In the manufacturing of the special closing steel sheet pile,in order to reduce its deformation to a permissible flexure,methods o f skip welding,tack welding and straightering by flame projection can be adopted .In the construction of the Honghu dyke section at Yanwo and the Jingjiang dyke section at Guanyinsi.These measures were successfully applied,resulting good con struction quality of these steel sheet pile cut-off walls.
