摘    要:本文对(Ba1-x-yPbxCay)TiO3系半导体陶瓷掺杂Ca,Pb,Nb,Mn对其性能的影响进行了研究,获得了合理控制掺杂和烧结的工艺。

Abstract:Influence of doping Ca, Pb, Nb, Mn into (Ba1-x-yPbxCby) TiO3 PTC on it's characters was studied is this papen And then, We obtained the appropriate doping material and an optimal sintering process.
