电控柴油机控制器硬件检测系统的开发

摘    要:介绍了电控柴油机ECU可靠性检测系统的设计与开发。该系统以工控机为平台,利用采集卡、CAN卡、数字量输出卡、继电器端子板和波形发生器构建其硬件环境;采用VB编写上层程序,C与汇编语言编写底层程序。针对ECU的工作原理,模拟其工作参数,比较标准信号和反馈信号,从而实现了对ECU各模块及工作参数的出厂检测。试验证明本检测系统可用于电控柴油机ECU硬件的出厂检测。

Abstract:The development of ECU reliability inspection system is introduced.The system is based on industrial computer,and use multifunction card,CAN card,Digital I/O card,relay output board and curve generator to build up the hardware condition;use VB,C and compile language to develop the software.Based on the ECU,s working theory,the system simulates the parameters,compares the standard signals with feedback signals,and diagnoses the reliability of each module.The results show that it can be used to detect the reliability of ECU.
